Report on "China Aerospace - Amt" Automatic Welding Technology Seminar and Demonstration Conference
On March 10, 2017, "China Aerospace Amt Automatic Welding Technology Seminar and Demonstration Conference" was successfully held in Sinopec Changping Conference Center and Amt Changping Factory. The meeting was hosted by Amt Welding Automation Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. More than 180 experts, scholars and industry representatives from the three major groups of aerospace science and technology, aerospace science and engineering, and AVIC, as well as Taiji Computer Company, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing University of Technology, and Chenwei Technology, a total of 59 units, attended the meeting.
The golden autumn season is filled with the joy of harvest! Amt Welding Automation Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. organized the factory opening day activities in Beijing factory from October 29 to November 4, 2018. In this activity, we demonstrated several sets of automatic welding systems, mainly including: 1. Flexible robot variable polarity TIG circumferential welding system: Main configuration: TX digital centralized control system, Kuka mechanical arm and multiple external shafts, precision heavy lathe type circumferential seam machine tool, internal expansion and external centering tooling system, variable polarity TIG welding system, camera monitoring system, data acquisition and real-time quality control system, etc; Main application: multi barrel section and complex section face welding, which requires high welding quality and product coaxiality, and is suitable for all weldable materials such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel and titanium alloy. The system can be used for high quality precision welding of various special-shaped section cylinder parts.
From May 11 to May 13, 2019, Amt Welding Automation Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Amt) was invited to participate in Nanjing International Energy and Petrochemical Equipment Pressure Equipment and Metal Materials Exhibition. The exhibition brought together petrochemical equipment manufacturers, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturers and welding equipment manufacturers. Amt focused on the hot wire TIG automatic welding system, and carried out the actual demonstration of welding action. At the exhibition, our company had friendly discussions with exhibitors and customers from various industries, and all parties highly praised our company.
